This deliverable presents the methodologies and results of a series of online and offline workshops undertaken with the IMPULSE target communities at a local and institutional level, and a number of larger Consortium-level workshops as part of Task 1.3.1 of WP1. Its purpose is to consolidate the questions, methods, and insights generated so far, and to frame them as preparatory work for the next phase of prototyping.
